Sevastopol has the third rating position of the most expensive real estate in Russia. One of the largest real estate agencies of Sevastopol informed about that, Krym Media reports.
In particular, buying a square meter of a new apartment in finished condition will cost 90 thousand rubles. The price per square meter in the secondary real estate market is 75 thousand rubles, in a new building under construction – 55 thousand rubles, and in fully commissioned objects in shell condition – 65 thousand rubles.
According to the realtors, real estate prices won’t be reduced, because there is a summer interest in buying the accommodation at the seaside.
In Moscow that has the first rating position, a square meter in the secondary real estate market costs 235 thousand rubles, and in new buildings – 205 thousand rubles.
