Most of the Crimean students don’t consider themselves patriots of Russia. This is shown by opinion poll findings conducted among the students of the peninsula. The “chairman” of the State Council’s Committee on Education, Science, Youth and Sports of Crimea Vladimir Bobkov gave this information, Sobytiya Kryma informs.
At the same time, the deputy said that Crimean students considered themselves mostly patriots of Crimea. According to Bobkov, the problem of “insular perception” results from “specifics of the education system in the Ukrainian reality”.
The deputy believes that speaking about patriotism, it is important to see yourself as “not only the Crimean patriot, but the Russian patriot as well”.
