Russia will allow Crimean veterans to call from fixed-line telephones around the world for free on May 9. The so-called vice prime-minister of Crimea Dmitriy Polonskiy informs about that, Interfax reports.
“On May 9 all veterans of the Great Patriotic War will be able to call to any numbers they wish absolutely free. We understand that first of all it will be calls to Russia and the CIS counties, but don’t put any restrictions,” Polonskiy said.
According to him, the Ministry of Communications of the republic has a list of phone numbers installed in houses and apartments, where veterans of the Great Patriotic War live.
