маршрутка карикатураIn Crimea public minibus drivers refuse to carry children from large families having Ukrainian identity documents free of charge. The “deputy chairman of the commission” of the Public Chamber of Crimea Olga Sobeschanskaya informed about that.

As a result, there are many complaints from mothers with many children.

Sobeschanskaya said that despite the regional decree on permanent recognition of all Ukrainian documents as valid and not requiring re-issue, public minibus drivers ignore it refusing to carry children free of charge.

“It is needed to make an administrative protocol and question witnesses in order to bring a driver or his manager to justice. Later we will arrange meetings with the carriers and authorities to get these things across to them,” Sobeschanskaya concluded.
