Russian citizens are allowed to enter Ukraine with international passports exclusively

On March 1, the Resolution No. 23 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 30, which changed the procedure of entry for the Russian citizens into the territory of Ukraine, came into force.

According to the State Border Guard Service, the citizens of the Russian Federation have a right to enter Ukraine only with a passport to travel abroad and children under the age of 14 years should be included in the international passports of their parents or travel with their own foreign passport.

The Russian citizens, who entered Ukraine with internal Russian passports, and children, who came with birth certificates, will be able to stay in Ukraine up to 90 days and return to Russia without any difficulty.
