Gas prices will rise by 10% for the population of Crimea starting from July 1. The press service of the “State Committee on prices and tariffs” of Crimea informs about that.
According to the message, the price will rise only for consumers, who use less than 6 thousand cubic meters of gas per year.
“Committee experts performed calculations on the basis of the orders approved by the FTS and determined that starting from July 1, 2015, the retail gas price for the population will be 3225 rubles per thousand cubic meters of gas, subject to consumption of less than 6000 cubic meters of gas per year,” the “head” of the department Olga Igoshina said.
The final gas price for the population with annual consumption of more than 6 thousand cubic meters of gas per year will remain at the same level and amount to 8267 rubles per thousand cubic meters of gas.
As we reported earlier, in occupied Crimea, the electricity price for the population will rise by 15% starting from July 1.
