“Ministry of Resorts” of Crimea: entrance fee to the Alushta beach is $22

Алушта пляжIn Alushta the entrance fee to the beach is 1200 rubles (about $22). The “minister” of resorts and tourism of Crimea Sergey Strelbitskiy informed about that, Krym.Realii reports.

It is referred to the beach that previously was privately owned by the Radisson hotel in Alushta. 

“There is the outrageous thing that was passed down to us. It is the privately owned beach of the Radisson hotel in Alushta. You can get there only for money. Our employees registered 1200 rubles (the sum) to get the beach,” Strelbitskiy said.

The Russian head of Crimea Sergey Aksenov called the representatives of the public prosecutor’s office to investigate the situation.
