Zerkalo Nedeli published a copy of claims regarding the settlement of the situation in Donbass, which have been assigned to the participants of the tripartite negotiation group in Minsk by the representatives of the “DNR” and the “LNR”.
Some of the claims are:
- To provide the full-blast cease-fire from 10 am (Kiev time) on February 12, 2015.
- To implement the constitutional reform in Ukraine, including decentralization by means of delegation of the autonomous status for certain areas of Donbass.
- To coordinate the draft Law of Ukraine on municipal elections in certain areas together with representatives of certain areas and start a dialog regarding delegation of the autonomous status for these areas by March 20, 2015.
