Today in the Moscow’s Basmanny District Court, where another hearing on the Nadezhda Savchenko’s case took place, the pilot has stated that she intended to continue the hunger-strike until a fair trial. UNIAN reports about that.
“I don’t stop the hunger-strike until a fair trial,” the pilot announced.
Savchenko promised that when the trial restrictions are changed, she will certainly eat well. “If they change the arrest for some home detention in the embassy, I will eat up at least my 70 kg, or even 80, and I won’t complain,” she said.
Savchenko added she hoped to visit the PACE session in April and hoped that she would do it “not as a HR but alive.”
“Everything is going to be alright, those freaks won’t rejoice for long,” the pilot emphasized.
As a reminder, Nadezhda Savchenko has been already hunger striking for 82 days. Recently, Petro Poroshenko awarded Savchenko the title of “Hero of Ukraine”.
