Russia appropriated Poroshenko’s plant in Sevastopol

service-452x300The administrating company of Petro Poroshenko Prime Assets Capital stated that Crimeans “authorities” did not buy but took away the Sevastopol Marine Plant. It was reported in a TV-program “Schemes”.

According to the Russian registry, the Ukrainian enterprise has been registered as a state property of Russia under the name of State Unitary Enterprise “Sevastopol Marine Plant” on March 19, 2015.  

In Ukraine activity of the enterprise that deals with shipbuilding and maintenance of existing ships wasn’t terminated juristically.

Andriy Vovk, the lawyer of the foundation, stated that Prime Assets Capital didn’t sell the Sevastopol Marine Plant because “the territory of Crimea was occupied by the Russian Federation.”
