PayPal’s international service allowing clients to pay bills and purchase through online stores stops providing services to the residents of occupied Crimea.

“It was a very difficult decision for us but, unfortunately, we currently can’t provide our services for clients in Crimea,” the letter, which was sent by the company to clients in Crimea on Friday night, says.
