The administrative offence case was initiated against Oleg Zubkov under the Art.8.35 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses “Extermination of the rare and vanishing animal species or plants” and p.3 of Art.8.37 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses “Violation of hunting regulations and other terms of use of wildlife objects.” Oleg Zubkov said about that in his blog, the Center for Investigative Journalism reports.

These articles provide a fine of up to one million rubles with confiscation of animals for juridical persons. Also administrative investigation was instituted against the director of the safari park.

As a reminder, recently a homeless person Petrov accused Zubkov of the fact of cannibalism in the safari-park.

In addition, Zubkov informed “Ukrainian citizens” that “the authority of Vladimir Putin among Russian people was strong like never before, and Barack Obama’s statements about the collapsing economy of Russia were greatly exaggerated.”

“And we believe in a good tsar as nothing has changed in Russia in this respect. The main thing is that “the tsar” should be real!!! And Vladimir Putin is the real sovereign, who loves his Russia and gives his all for it. Here we are, the real Russian people,” Zubkov wrote.

The owner of the largest in Europe safari park Taigan Oleg Zubkov met the annexation of Crimea enthusiastically, was driving around on the armoured personnel carrier with tricolor flags in front of cameras of the Russian TV channels and even promised to let “battle lions” loose on all people unhappy with that.

However, as early as August, Zubkov being a candidate of the party “Rodina” wrote an appeal to the people of the city Bilogoria admitting that the party “United Russia” conducted a “witch hunt” and doesn’t allow candidates from other parties to win the elections.
