Land owners have to draw new boundaries of their parcels in accordance with the legislation of Russia in the occupied peninsula. The land matters expert Mikhail Nekrasov informed about that, e-Krym reports.
“Even if this work was done at the times of Ukraine, Kiev disconnected Crimea from the central data bases where all the information had been left in March, 2014. Hard copies are not always considered as proofs. This is why in order to alienate any land, specification of land parcel lines is required. At first, it is required to file the information to the Russian cadastral registry of property and acquire the cadastral certificate, in other words, the presence of the parcel will be declared, but its actual lines will not be set. To do it, it will be needed to apply to a commercial entity and set up a delimitation plan on the lines amendment,” the expert said.
The cost of the geodesic procedure is over 6 thousand rubles (3 thousand hryvnyas)
Nekrasov specified that the procedure would cost less for the ones who had obtained the act of state before 2013.
