Some pupils of the Simferopol Ukrainian gymnasium-school that was renamed into the “Simferopol academic gymnasium” after the annexation of Crimea came for the Farewell Bell wearing embroidered shirts. In general, they were pupils of the Ukrainian-speaking junior- and middle-school classes. Krym.Realii informs about that.
Pupils of the gymnasium were awarded diplomas for participation in Academic Olympics and competitions. Pupils gave a pay of amateur performances. They also released balloons into the sky, and in the end of the celebration, after the all-school dance, they headed to their last lesson.
