The Crimean authorities are going to take on board the experience of Apple Inc. programmers who lost their jobs because of sanctions against Russia. The Deputy Minister of Domestic Policy and Communications of the Crimean Republic Sergey Dotsenko announced about that, QHA reports.
“All the program developers, who cooperated with foreign companies on a paid basis, can apply to us, we will definitely find a use of their potential for needs of Russia and Crimea,” he said. “We will not abandon our programmers, we are ready to meet with all of them and invite to apply to our ministry.”
Dotsenko emphasized that sanctions of Europe and the USA didn’t reflect in any way on foreign software users in Crimea.
“We didn’t hear anything about the fact that, for example, American developers of Oracle or Microsoft prohibited to use their software. First of all, they are commercial companies and disconnection of users means losses for them,” he added.
