Sevastopol can’t avoid phased power cuts due to lowering the limit for the city from Crimea this winter.
The ‘head’ of the Administration for Provision of Civil Defense Measures Igor Vasilyev reported, Primechaniya informed.
“On the third day of October, Crimea reduced electricity by 30 MW, we had no problems woth that, but we should understand that there will be power cuts in winter. Crimea will reduce the electricity for us, and there also will be enough power failures in our city, so we should prepare backup power sources, train people and have available fuel supplies,” he said.
As a reminder, on October 3, there was no electricity in some cities and settlements of Crimea for several hours.
