Simferopol authorities can’t repair the embankment of the Salgir River, because it is not in the asset list of the city. The main architect of the Crimean capital Ernst Mavlyutov said that at the round table discussion with representatives of the Crimean branch of the All-Russia People’s Front, Krym Media informs.
“There is no owner or asset holder of the Simferopol embankment. We need to understand who owned it in the past. We will appeal to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, so the government can transfer the embankment, bridges and the territory of the Salgir riverbed to the Simferopol authorities. There will be no funds until an asset holder is determined,” Mavlyutov said.
The main architect said that city authorities have already developed the design and estimate documentation for reconstruction, repair of fences, embankment bridges of the Salgir River for a total amount of 180 million rubles.
As a reminder, social activists revealed that the embankment of the Salgir River in Simferopol is in disrepair.
