The Administration informed that the situation is controlled by Ukrainian defense and law enforcement officers that keep watching over the trainings.
“Trainings of the internal military forces of Russia together with border services and the FSB units are held on the opposite side,” the message says.
It is reported that the FSB has drastically increased its activity within the last days in Crimea, supervising different services.
