The Crimea advocacy group informs about that.

According to human rights defenders, the doctor’s monthly salary in the hospital includes a position salary and a so called incentive payment.

“The nurse receives 5-6 thousand rubles plus incentive payments of up to 100% of salary, the doctor – 25-30 thousand rubles together with incentives. However, these incentive payments depend on numerous hospital inspections: the SES, fire-fighting services, engineering supervision, internal inspections and so on. Supervisory bodies removes the points and paying incentives depends on that,” a health care worker said.

According to medical institutions employees, the number of such inspections is several times more now. For this reason, the health care workers leave their work and go to private medical centers.
