The Alushta “city council” prohibited selling alcoholic drinks in crowded public places. This decision was adopted at the session for prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency, the “city council’s” press-service reports.
With this decision Alushta deputies recommend organizations that sell alcoholic beverages at retail to immediately stop selling alcoholic drinks in the markets, railways stations, children’s, educational and medical establishments, sports facilities and surrounding areas, all types of public transport, fuel filling stations and stops, military objectives.
As for cultural institutions, the sale of alcohol is allowed just in cafeterias and cafes.
The deputies also emphasized that the sale of alcohol to minor children is unacceptable and obliged the administrations of bars, cafes, restaurants, night clubs and other food service establishments not to allow unaccompanied minors coming to their facilities at night time.
As a reminder, it was decided to forbid the sale of low-alcohol energy (tonic) beverages in Crimea.
