At the beginning of 2015, almost half of employees left social protection departments of Crimean municipal structures due to low wages and hard working conditions. The Crimean “minister” of labor and social protection Elena Romanovskaya announced that, KrymMedia informs.
According to her, today the average wage of municipal employees is 20.8 thousand rubles. However, employees of social protection departments have much smaller wages, because they are average executives.
In her words, specialists without the necessary experience and rank came instead of those who resigned from their positions.
“Therefore, main specialists of social protection departments really have wages of 7-8 thousand rubles now,” Romanovskaya said.
Earlier, the “head” of Crimea Sergey Aksenov has promised that wages of municipal officials would rise from 20.9 thousand rubles to 25 thousand rubles that year, and starting from January 1, 2016, – up to 30.9 thousand rubles.
