Crimean pensioners complain about non-payment or reduction of pensions to the “hot line” of the Crimean “authorities”. The “vice prime-minister” Larisa Opanasyuk informed about that during the session of the “Council of Ministers”.
“For example, 10 thousand rubles were paid in January and already in March and April 7 thousand rubles were paid,” Opanasyuk said.
There are complaints from entrepreneurs, whose employment history has not been taken into consideration when calculating their retirement plan.
The “vice prime-minister” noted that the “hot line” of the pension fund does not work and people simply can not receive any clarification.
“A matter of particular concern is the fact that there are a lot of repeated appeals. Citizens complain that the “hot line” of the pension fund does not work, they can not receive any kind of explanation and in some cases they do not understand whether they are supposed to have indexation of pensions or not,” Opanasyuk concluded.
As a reminder, Crimean parents have not been receiving child care allowances for a few months.
