Crimean “authorities” offered business to invest in health resort infrastructure facilities unclaimed among tourists. The state autonomous institution “Property Management Directorate of Crimea” created a list of property of the Republic of Crimea that consists of fifty real estate items: resort and tourist and industrial facilities, the press service of the “Ministry of Economic Development” of Crimean reports.
“The mentioned facilities are offered investors to realize investment projects and carry out business activities,” the press services said.
It includes twenty-eight sanatorium-resort infrastructure facilities among other objects: sanatoriums, recreation facilities, health centers and children’s camps in Yalta, Feodosia, Evpatoria and Sudak.
As a reminder, the “administration” of Crimea admitted the failure of the idea that “nationalized” Ukrainian health resorts are in demand and are ready to give it for next to nothing.
