The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine created the Kremlin’s Black Book about the Russian military aggression in Ukraine. The document was published on the official website of the Cabinet.
“The war started against Ukraine by the Russian Federation headed by Vladimir Putin in February, 2014, the temporary occupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by Kremlin, the Russian aggression in Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the direct support of the international terrorists in the Ukrainian territory by Russia, blackmail and economic pressure on our state led to the huge human, economic and infrastructure losses and damages of Ukraine,” the document states.
The document says that every day the Russian aggression kills more than 10 people. As of January 1, 2015, “the number of died participants of the antiterrorist operation was 1306 persons.”
In addition, “the war started by the Russian Federation destroyed 20% of current economic potential of Ukraine,” the Book says.
