It is needed to apply to the territorial internal affairs body for the place of residence in order to pass the dactylography procedure. “The Ministry of Internal Affairs” guarantees that they will take fingerprints free of charge.
According to the ministry, dactylography can be useful not only for specialized bodies, but also for ordinary citizens. It is referred to road accidents, technical accidents, natural disasters and other situations.
