The business representatives said about that at the business breakfast with the participation of the “minister” of economic development of Crimea Nikolay Koryazhkin, Sobytia Kryma reports.

“Twenty banks from the mainland refused to give a loan, because we don’t have any credit history.  But just a year has passed since we are in Russia, we have just registered under the new legislation. Credit lines are impossible even at high interest rates. So, at the very beginning we already face unequal conditions as compared with the business from other regions of Russia,” one of the participants told the “minister”.

Koryazhkin said that the head of the Central Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina has been repeatedly told about monetary policy issues.

“We are tired to talk about that. Standards and regulations prescribed by the Central Bank should be totally changed for the development of Crimean business,” Koryazhkin said.
