Owner of zoo “Skazka” and park of lions “Taygan” Oleg Zubkov wants to leave for Ukraine because of redistribution of property. Krym.Realii informs about that.
Oleg Zubkov supported occupation of Crimea by Russia and even promised “to let war lions loose on banderists.” However, the new Crimean “authorities” infringe his business now: he received an order from the Department of Architecture of Yalta on necessity of demolition of two parking lots in front of the zoo “Skazka”.
“These parking lots were built with great efforts, millions of hryvnas were invested in them. It is at odds with that policy that the president of Russia spoke of and that conditions for private investments should be created. Unfortunately, the local authorities do everything the other way around and remove the unwanted ones. Redistribution of business is simply taking place,” Zubkov says.
Zubkov is exceptionally dissatisfied with the policy and ready to leave Crimea to build zoos in the territory of Ukraine.
“It is as if Crimea is put to sack after the referendum,” Zubkov continues to express his indignation. “If the authorities do not need such facilities, they better tell me, they better let me move out of Crimea and I would quietly build (in another place). I would accept offer of Mr.Kolomoyskyy and his encirclement and build a zoo in Dnepropetrovsk or Kherson, or any other region where I am demanded, if Zubkov isn’t needed with his projects in Crimea,” the businessman announces.
Crimean journalist Osman Pashaev reacted to this situation with a post on his page in Facebook.
“One would gloat here, but in this situation it would be better to support Zubkov. Because a Russian Rusky that flees from Crimea is the best answer to what really happens in Crimea for any organization like the OSCE. Yet, I can’t help being sarcastic,” Pashaev wrote.
