The “chairman” of the State Council of Crimea Vladimir Konstantinov asserted that administration of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people is responsible for the death of persons during the meeting near the parliament on February 26, 2014. The “speaker” informed journalists about that during the opening of the commemorative tablet in memory of the events of the last year, as the media 15 minutes reports.
“That conflict that was happening under the walls of the parliament wasn’t natural for the Crimean society. It was an introduced technology and an attempt to organize a major provocation that could make the authority in Crimea illegitimate. The main objective of executors was to create a president of forcible displacement of power,” the “speaker” said.
Konstantinov believes that the initiator of the mass clashes was exactly the Mejlis, this is why it should be punished.
