State medical centers of Crimea are staffed by doctors by 37.7%.
The “Minister” of Health of Crimea Aleksandr Golenko announced that, the RIA Novosti reports.
“There are 7195 doctors and 17283 members of intermediate health-care personnel now (in state medical centers),” he said.
According to the “Minister”, the best situation is in Simferopol, Yalta, Yevpatoriya, Saki and Bakhchisaray raions.
“The worst situation (and we should resolve this problem together with the raion administrations) – in Rozdolne, Nyzhnohirskyi , Krasnoperekopsk, Pervomaysky raions and in Armynsk,” he said and added that the doctors staffing in medical facilities was from 53% to 68%.
Golenko also noted that Crimean figures were almost equal with the nationwide average statistics: the level of doctors staffing was 37.2% in the Russian Federation, and added that the average medical employees staffing was 88.9% on the peninsula while the average level in the Russian Federation is 89.6%.
