Nationalized property owned by Kolomoyskiy is sold in Crimea

Four items of the nationalized property of the Privat group owned by the Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoyskiy were sold by auction in Crimea.

коломойскийThe press service of the ‘Ministry’ of Property and Land Relations of Crimea reports about that.

“The budget of the Republic of Crimea was increased by 245.7 million rubles from the sale of four property items previously included in the list of assets recognized as the property of the Republic of Crimea,” the message says.  

According to the press service, the real estate with a total initial value of 46.2 million rubles in the Gornoye village (Greater Yalta), movable and immovable property with a total cost of 56.02 million rubles and 22.1 million rubles at 23 Krasnoarmeyskaya St. and 17 Darsanovskaya St. respectively in Yalta as well as the real estate valued 165.6 million rubles in the Katsiveli village were sold at four auctions.

It should be noted that one application was filed at each of four auctions and they were not recognized as valid.

The ‘Ministry’ of Property and Land Relations of Crimea put up eight nationalized assets of the Privat group owned by the Ukrainian businessman Igor Kolomoyskiy for sale.
