Water supply of the Chernorechenskoye reservoir feeding occupied Sevastopol is less than half of the maximum volume.
The Vodokanal ‘director’ Nikolay Pereguda said that live in the Sevastopol Informational channel having noted that the water supply was 2/3 of the total volume last year.
“Today, the Chernorechenskoye water reservoir has accumulated 30 million and 240 thousand cubic meters of water. However, we had 15 million cubic meters more water this time last year,” Pereguda said.
The maximum storage capacity of the Chernorechenskoye water reservoir is 64.2 million cubic meters.
As a reminder, the Crimean ‘Council of Ministers’ rejected three projects on transferring the water from the Belbek valley to Sevastopol.
