The foreign trade turnover of occupied Crimea decreased by 2.5 times in the first quarter of 2016.
The Krymstat statistics agency reports about that.
In particular, Crimea exported $7.5 million worth of goods and imported $9.9 million worth of goods in January-March 2016. The total foreign trade turnover of the peninsula amounted to $17.4 million.
At the same time, the foreign trade turnover of occupied Crimea amounted to $42.8 million ($25.3 million – export and $17.5 million – import) for the same period in 2015.
