A man from Crimea was fined for publication made before the Russian occupation

In Crimea, the ‘court’ found the activist Aleksey Shestakovich guilty of the production and dissemination of extremist materials published in the social network in 2010 – before the occupation of Crimea by Russia.  

вконтактеIt is noted that Shestakovich was accused of publishing the video “The last video recording of guys from “Primorsky Partisans” included in the federal list of extremist materials.  

The ‘court’ fined Aleksey Shestakovich 1000 rubles.

The “Primorsky Partisans” became famous after high-profile murders of police officers in the Primorsky Krai in 2010. People involved in this case were earlier found guilty of a series of attacks on law enforcement officers. 

Shestakovich was detained on September 18 to make alcohol and drug testing and questioned in the “Centre E” (Centre to prevent extremism – Ed.).
