It is promised to compensate up to 40% of the purchased accommodation costs for young families in Crimea. The “minister of construction and architecture” of Crimea Sergey Kononov informed about that at the session of the “Council of Ministers”, the press-service of the Crimean “government” reports.
These amends are possible owing to the fact that Crimea became one of the participants of the Russian program “Housing for young families” as a part of the federal targeted program “Housing accommodation”.
Kononov noted that according to the program, 35% of the marginal cost of the purchased accommodation would be amended to a young family at the expense of the federal and republican budgets and another 5% – by birth of a child. Thus, according to the “minister”, a family of two people can count on amends of the partial cost of 42 square meter of housing, a family of three and more people – 18 square meters for each family member.
However, money has not been allocated for implementation of the program in Crimea yet, but the official hopes for rapid signature of the contract and receiving of funds.
“Only three weeks ago we were qualified for participation in the program. We expect to sign this contract and receive funds for implementation of the program,” Kononov assured.
The “Council of Ministers” already started to form lists of young families willing to participate in the program.
