Fines for fortune-telling and begging were introduced in Crimea

попрош1The ”parliament” of Crimea set a fine amount for administrative violations on the peninsula.

In particular, now fortune-telling and begging in public places will be punished by a fine from 100 to 1,000 rubles. Further violations under this article will cost a lawbreaker already 3,000.  

In addition, a fine for attempts to obtrusively offer own services or goods to people passing by on the street is set – 100-500 rubles.   

From now on, it is forbidden to make noise in houses, apartments and on the streets from 11 pm to 7 am. In apartment blocks, the ban on intentional violation of silence includes Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 7 to 10 am and from 7 to 11 pm.
