Staffing of medical personnel is 50-68% in rural areas of the occupied peninsula.
The first “deputy chairman” of the State Council Konstantin Bakharev announced this information at the ‘Health of people is the basis of successful development of Russia’ forum.
“Currently, staffing levels of Crimea are 72% for a medical group, about 80% – for paramedical personnel. At the same time, while these figures range from 81 to 86% in cities, they are from 50 to 68% in rural areas,” the “vice-speaker” said.
According to him, sending 70 doctors to the villages under the ‘Zemsky Doctor’ program doesn’t help the situation.
As a reminder, the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation believes that the staffing level of medical personnel in Crimea is higher than the average level in the regions of the country.
