The Crimean “prosecutor’s office” revealed 2.9 thousand cases of violation of the child protection law in the course of inspections conducted in 2015. Krym Media informs about that.
Prosecutors took into account violations of housing and property rights of children, failure to comply with measures to protect the life and health of minors, ensure access to education and informational security of schoolchildren.
Since the beginning of the year, 124 illegal legal acts have been challenged, 111 applications have been sent to the courts for the benefit of children, 250 submissions have been made, following the examination of which 325 officials have been held liable, 8 criminal cases have been initiated based on prosecutor’s investigations.
