Crimean officials don’t want to work because of pressure from regulatory bodies

аксеновOfficials of Crimean municipal and government agencies are under serious pressure of regulatory bodies and because of this they often don’t want to work. The “head” of Crimea Sergey Aksenov said about that.

From what he says, it follows that officials often break the rules, but it also happens due to a lack of any regulatory documents on specific cases. However, Aksenov said that it is not a reason for supervision bodies not to carry out inspections and impose large fines.

He mentioned the Malorechenskoe settlement council that was fined 5.5 billion rubles for the landfill as an example of faultfinding.

“The inspectors act according to provisions of laws – there are no questions about that, but they don’t take into consideration that the settlement council might not have allocated funds to clean the landfill,” Aksenov said.

The head of the “Council of Ministers” noted that the number of ineffective inspections often exceeds all reasonable limits and this interferes with the work of executive departments of the government.
