The State Fiscal Service (SFS) records the incidents of the rubles smuggling out of Crimea. The online media Delo informs about that.
Thus, on February 25, the Kherson Customs of the SFS found undeclared currency at the customs post “Kakhovka”. When a HYUNDAI car running from Crimea to mainland Ukraine was getting through the customs, 534,000 rubles of undeclared currency have been found. 512,000 rubles (235,151 UAH at the NBU exchange rate) of this amount were transferred in excess of permissible quota.
Also on February 25, the customs found 250 thousand rubles of undeclared currency at the post “Kakhovka”. Money was in the VAZ car that was running from Crimea to mainland Ukraine. 228, 000 rubles (104,5 thousand UAHat the NBU exchange rate) were seized.
