Activists and human rights defenders want to offer the Ukrainian authorities to create the Decision-making Center regarding Crimea and Sevastopol. Today the Crimean political expert Sergey Kostinskiy announced that at the press-conference in Kiev.
“There is no comprehensive state policy related to the occupied territories on the mainland. There is no information policy and we see that all the initiatives come out from grassroots. We need to create the Decision-making Center that will be a single mechanism developing state policy regarding Crimea,” the political expert noted.
Also Sergey Kostinskiy proposed to create the Ministry for Crimea and Sevastopol. Disputants emphasized that as for the creation of necessary departments, the Russian Federation is one step ahead of Ukraine.
